After entering the journey and passengers, select your preferred connection and then send the order. For now, everything in non-binding and you don’t need to pay anything.
We will then verify the capacity of our trains, and if everything is in order, then we’ll send you an e-mail containing a code for payment and for retrieval of the tickets. If we encounter a problem, then we’ll contact you and try to find a solution together.
After receiving the code, you must pay for and retrieve the tickets in the e-shop or in a ticket office no later than 48 hours prior to departure. We’ll issue you tickets for all the passengers in the group, taking into account any discounts for which they may be eligible.
