To use ČD Credit, just register and activate the ČD Credit service in your user profile.
The minimum recharge amount for a ČD Credit account is CZK 100, and the maximum balance for a ČD Credit account is CZK 30,000.
After logging in, you can recharge a selected amount to your ČD Credit account and pay it cashlessly using a payment card, the MasterPass application, or in the e-shop even with a voucher. This will be put into operation in mobile telephones in March 2017.
At the ticket counter, provide your ČD Credit account number or present an In Karta card that you have associated with your ČD Credit account. Provide the amount with which you would like to recharge your account, and then pay by any means available for purchasing a ticket. You can thus pay in cash in CZK or EUR, cashlessly using a payment card or the electronic wallet on your In Karta card, you can use a voucher, a ČD gift payment card or with an indemnification.

Payment is very simple. Just enter the 4-digit PIN that you selected when activating your ČD Credit account and you’ll get your ticket immediately. For payments using a ČD Credit account, always make purchases as a logged-in user.
With a ČD Credit account, you can shop and pay for tickets in the e-shop, on the ČD mobile website, or in the Můj vlak (“My Train”) mobile application. You cannot use ČD Credit when purchasing tickets at the ticket counter or from the conductor (but here you can use the electronic wallet on an In Karta card). It is not possible to combine payments using a ČD Credit account and a payment card. It is possible, however, to combine a ČD Credit payment with payments using ČD vouchers, transport vouchers and ČD Points.
If you forget your PIN, we will ask you to answer control questions – so remember your answers.
